Gallus Screeny, a division of Gallus Group specializing in the production of screen-printing solutions, is excited to announce the launch of its brand-new Screeny printing unit, designed to bring rotary screen-printing capabilities to all narrow-web machines, regardless of the manufacturer.
Until now, customers have faced limitations when it comes to retrofitting screen-printing units with existing narrow-web presses. Gallus Screeny’s new printing unit breaks these constraints by offering a high-performance, flexible solution that fits any press type from any manufacturer, ensuring seamless integration across a wide range of press environments. The compact and versatile unit can be easily integrated into a rail system above the existing printing units or mounted on a separate frame between the units. With support for screen formats ranging from Z85 to Z208, the unit is available for print widths of 340mm (13"), 440mm (17"), 580mm (23") and up to a web width of 600mm (23.6"). It runs at speeds of up to 120 m/min, delivering exceptional performance and productivity.
Designed with the operator in mind, the Screeny printing unit boasts a range of smart features that enhance ease of use and maximize output efficiency. Whether for cross-brand integration and retrofitting in diverse press environments or as an efficient inline module integrated from the start, the unit is fully compatible with the established RCS technology and existing Screeny equipment and tools, ensuring a smooth transition, continued operational efficiency and the prevention of unnecessary system disruptions.
Gallus Screeny is launching its new printing unit at the SPI Exhibition in Essen, Germany, June 3-5, 2025. Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to see the unit live for the first time and get in touch with the Gallus Screeny team directly.
