SPI 2025 takes place at the modern facilities of Messe Essen, Germany. Close cooperation with Messe Essen gives us flexibility in stand design and planning. The fairground is centrally located and easily accessible in the Ruhr region, the third largest metropolitan area in Europe. The excellent transportation network ensures rapid and relaxed arrival and departure. Exhibitors and visitors from Germany and abroad can arrive by car, train, plane and caravan. Düsseldorf Airport is only 20 minutes’ drive from the venue.
We offer naked exhibition space from €350 per sqm with additional discounts for ESMA members. Smallest available space is 9 sqm. You can choose a shell scheme realised by an experienced SPI stand builder or a custom design with your own stand builder. Starting from €99 per sqm, we offer Basic, Economy, Comfort and Premium packages, incl. walls, lighting, furniture and wall graphics.

Since 1990 ESMA serves the industrial printing industry. With an extensive global database reaching from suppliers to printers, we can ensure the right exposure to SPI supporters. The event’s website spotlights both exhibitors and their products. Standard web package is included in the media fee, while Advanced and Premium options unlock additional feature. On-site advertisement at Messe Essen can be ordered with SPI team. Additionally publicity can be achieved with the printed show guide, prepared by SPI official journal, “Specialist Printing Worldwide”.
